The furnace shell is composed of a furnace shell and a built-in refractory material.The overall framework of the furnace is conjoined, the furnace shell can be separated, a tube-type water-cooled furnace wall, a tube-type water-cooled roof, and eccentric bottom tapping. These industrial furnace spare parts consist of an upper furnace shell , lower shell, the EBT mechanism, and a tubular water-cooled wall.
The upper shell of the electric arc furnace is a cylindrical structure welded from steel pipes as a support, with a water-cooled furnace wall hanging inside and a water-cooled top cover installed in the eccentric area.
The water-cooled furnace wall is of a water-cooled sealed tube structure, consisting of 26 pieces, uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the upper furnace shell. The top cover of the eccentric area is also of a water-cooled sealed tube structure, and ball valves are installed for both inlet and outlet water. The total inlet water has a pressure sensing instrument and temperature detection, and the total inlet water pressure and temperature can be displayed on the computer.
The upper and lower furnace shells are connected by a pin shaft for easy disassembly. The furnace body has solid lifting lugs, so the furnace shell can be lifted out or in as a whole. The design of the furnace door frame has taken into account the space for operating the furnace door with a carbon oxygen lance. EBT steel tapping opening and closing adopts hydraulic drive, and the furnace door opening and closing adopts hydraulic drive.
