From installation to ongoing operation, we provide clear coverage terms, professional technical support, and timely response mechanisms.

Advantages of CHNBZTECH Warranty Policy

Warranty Scope


  • Steelmaking furnaces, including but not limited to Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle Furnace (LF), Vacuum Degassing/Out-of-Vessel Degassing (VD/VOD), Argon Oxygen Decarburization (AOD), Submerged Arc Furnace (SAF), and similar systems.

  • Auxiliary equipment and control systems are integrated with the furnaces.

  • Spare parts provided by the company.

  • Installation and commissioning services are provided only when they are explicitly included in the contract terms.


Warranty Period


  • The standard warranty period applies from the date of commissioning, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

  • The warranty period may be extended based on specific contractual agreements or options.


Warranty Coverage Details


  • Repair or replacement of faulty components, depending on the issue type.

  • Availability of remote technical support for troubleshooting and guidance.

  • On-site engineer support, including terms and conditions for cost responsibility during warranty coverage.

  • Provision of spare parts for repair or replacement during the warranty period.


Warranty Exclusions


  • Wear parts are subject to normal wear and tear.

  • Damage resulting from improper operation, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.

  • Any modifications made to the equipment without prior authorization from the manufacturer.

  • Issues arising from force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances.


Warranty Claim Procedure


  • Serial number of the equipment.

  • Commissioning report, along with photos, videos, or logs detailing the issue.

  • The claim should be submitted through the appropriate communication channels, such as email, WhatsApp, or via a designated service form.

  • The company will acknowledge the claim within a specified internal response time and provide a resolution timeline based on the issue's severity.
