In a continued effort to support the growing industrial infrastructure in Oman, CHNZBTECH has successfully coordinated the shipment of another batch of equipment for the Silicon Metal Submerged Arc Furnace project. This latest dispatch marks another significant milestone in our long-term collaboration with our valued Omani client.
The newly shipped cargo, which departed from our manufacturing base this week, includes critical core components essential for the furnace's high-temperature operation and energy efficiency. The shipment consists primarily of:
High-Voltage Switchgear Cabinets: Designed for stable power distribution and enhanced operational safety.
High-Efficiency Sealed Fans: Engineered specifically for the harsh environments of submerged arc furnaces, these fans are crucial for maintaining optimal electrode cooling and gas handling systems.
Associated Auxiliary Components: Including control cables and spare parts for the hydraulic system.

Adhering to the rigorous standards of modern ferroalloy and metal smelting, CHNZBTECH’s engineering team conducted extensive testing on all equipment prior to shipment. The design of the high-voltage cabinets incorporates advanced protection mechanisms to handle the intense electrical loads characteristic of SAF operations.
