CHNZBTECH Successfully Ships Core Equipment for Large-Scale Indian Ferrosilicon Submerged Arc Furnace

CHNZBTECH, a leading Chinese manufacturer of high-end industrial equipment, today announced the successful shipment of core equipment for a large-scale ferrosilicon SAF (submerged arc furnace) destined for an Indian customer. This furnace is among the largest of its kind for ferrosilicon production in India.

The shipped components include critical parts such as the rotating mechanism, furnace shell, and electrode columns. The entire furnace system was independently designed and manufactured by CHNZBTECH, utilizing high-strength, heat-resistant materials and a modular structural design to meet the customer’s stringent requirements for performance and reliability.

The company applied several proven technologies in this project. Specifically, the rotating mechanism employs an advanced hydraulic drive solution to enhance operational stability; the furnace shell fabrication utilized a sectional pre-assembly process for efficient on-site installation; and the electrode column system incorporates intelligent control functions to optimize the smelting process.

CHNZBTECH provided customized design solutions tailored to the customer’s specific needs, focusing on addressing critical challenges such as the operational reliability of large equipment under high-temperature conditions.
