Vertical ladle preheater, a type of industrial furnace spare parts, is used for on line (off line) baking of steel (iron) ladle and continuous casting tundish, including fast or slow drying of newly built ladle and turnover ladle. Fast baking of online steel ladle or tundish. The baking temperature reaches around 1000 degrees.
The series of steel (iron) ladle baking machines produced by our steel furnace manufacturers are divided into two forms: vertical and horizontal. Vertical type is divided into online gantry type and offline flipping type, consisting of three parts: mechanical structure, ignition system, and control system.
Space saving: The vertical ladle preheater design makes the footprint of this equipment smaller than the horizontal equipment.
High efficiency: When vertical ladle preheater is working, especially in continuous production, the enameled wire can dry quickly, improving production efficiency.

Ladles are used in steel mills, foundries to receive molten steel and carry out casting operations in front of BOF, EAF, IF,or converters. In order to ensure the service life of ladle, it is generally necessary to bake newly built ladle or the ladle before containing molten steel through a vertical ladle preheater. Ladle preheater burners are generally divided into two categories as online preheating and offline preheating.
