Top Charging Electric Arc Furnace

Designed by CHNZBTECH, this high-efficiency top-charging EAF supports modern steelmaking.

Core Process: The furnace roof and electrodes swing aside, allowing a scrap bucket to charge the furnace in batches. The roof then returns to seal the chamber.

Key Features: It utilizes high-current graphite electrodes to generate intense heat for fast melting. The design ensures a simple, reliable, and productive melting process, suitable for carbon, alloy, and stainless steel production.
