The ladle refining furnace has a strong refining capability and is suitable for producing ultra‑low sulfur and ultra‑low oxygen steels. The refining process of a ladle refining furnace mainly includes two aspects:
Heating and temperature control. The heating rate can reach 3-5 ℃/min, and the LRF furnace adopts computer dynamic control of the endpoint temperature, which can ensure the control accuracy of the endpoint temperature (<5 ℃). White slag refining process.
